I love staying in my room but I love traveling as well. Learning about different culture, people, tradition & their living style. For now traveling different places in Nepal is what I'm doing.
So today I'm here at Bangalamukhi Temple, Patan (Lalitpur).
My uncle & aunt lighting 1.25 lakhs string lights. It is a religious thing (Hindu culture). Hindu religion is too complicated. 100's of god & goddess to worship. It's believed that 'Bangalamukhi Goddess' will help complete any work that's not finished. Even the cops come & pray here after they catch criminals..
There is a small underground water source inside the temple. It is believed that the water comes from Gosaikunda (India) which is also very important religiously in both Nepal & India.
After worshipping we stayed in a small hall eating & drinking.. I have a big family. It's fun during parties. All those gossiping fills the room with laughter. Wait until my uncle starts drinking, that's when all the fun begins. He never fails to make people laugh..
We are waiting for lunch to be served. Enough wine for me now. 2-3 more glasses & someone has to carry me home lol....
Anyways I have to go now before my mom takes away my cellphone.. Have a great day everyone. Do visit Nepal. It's a wonderful place to be. You won't regret it...
